Trick or Treat

First I want to say Happy Hallowe’en everybody! It’s a little late I know, but still. The spirit is there, hehe. We still have our pumpkin. I may post up a picture of him. I went to a little get-together at Ryan’s house last night, and I dressed up as a bat. It was really fun, although Ryan had to work until 9.30pm.
This is going to be a really short blog this time, because I’ve got a million things to do and not much time to do them. I can’t believe it’s sunday tomorrow already! The weeks have been flying by recently.
I got my CCS dramatic deck! It’s lush, I love the cards. It came really well packaged too, considering it came all the way from Japan to England. I will be buying more from the ebay store, hehe. But shh, I need to be saving money for New York.

I’m also part way through New Moon. It’s so sad. I almost died when Edward said goodbye. Damn you, I was hoping Bella would freak out like I probably would in that situation, give him a few beats and wave her arms around. So I’m off to read more. I will try and be a more responsible blogger, I promise.

I thought I knew you so well

Just a quick blog today, to say that I made a few icons. Just two Twilight icons and a Katy Perry icon. I just liked the picture for that one, I’m not much of a fan. Her song makes me laugh, though. I also found the Paramore song, Decode, which is apparently on the soundtrack for the Twilight movie, which is awesome. I’ve started New Moon, so I’ve got some reading to do tonight, haha. I’m addicted, lets say. Ooh on the subject of my last blog, my CCS deck has been shipped! I can’t wait to get them. I need a proper folder for them too, my card folder is sort of full. Start as you mean to go on, or something like that anyway.

I will keep you posted on the book and card front, as I seem to have not a lot else going on in my life right now. Oh, and in 6 weeks I’m going to be 19. I’m almost not a teenager anymore.. *sniff* So to quote my friend:

“When you’re 20, it’s like all you’re doing is just waiting to die.”

Clamp in Cardland

My attempts to save money have been hindered again by a wonderful discovery. As if Clamp wern’t fabulous enough, I’ve now discovered that they have their own card game. Their website (although I don’t understand a word of it) is really cute, so I hurried on eBay and found a Card Captor Sakura deck. I was then inspired to make a new layout, and this pic of Sakura is just so cute I couldn’t help myself. It’s also got that typical high school teen website feel to it, too. I don’t know if that makes much sense but it does to me, ha.
My mum’s been away this weekend, so Ryan and I have been house-sitting. He’s at work as we speak, he’ll be back around ten. It’s nice to have him here, it’s like practice for when we live together. Although we will deffo need seperate computers, lol!
