Mark Encinares, PTA is a Southern California native who has been a practicing physical therapist assistant for 7 years and got into his career following his mother’s footsteps after she had been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years.
Although he was excellent at math when he was younger and almost followed the path of his engineer father, he did not have a passion for the field. Mark took an interest in physical therapy after losing close to 75 pounds with the help of eating a proper nutritious diet and exercise.
In 2013, Mark received his bachelors degree in kinesiology with an emphasis of clinical health at Cal Poly Pomona, and in 2016, he received his his associates degree in physical therapy assistant at Stanbridge University located in Irvine, CA.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family either doing something active, such as going on hikes or local short runs, or going on a road trip to try new and delicious food. It’s all about balance.
